Charles first developed his passion for unique homes while studying Architecture at The Ohio State University. His passion guided him into the real estate industry. As a real estate professional, he became the exclusive marketer in Columbus, Ohio for the well known local builder, Dick Kondas.

With over two decades of real estate experience, Charles understands what it takes to successfully represent both buyers and sellers in today’s real estate market. In 2004 Charles was asked to speak at the European Real Estate Convention in Athens, Greece. He not only attended but conducted a three day seminar on Marketing. In 2008, he was awarded #1 Sales Agent in the Lakewood Ranch office of Michael Saunders & Company.
