Malcolm Calladine

A British native, born and raised in Doncaster, Great Britain, Malcolm joined the Royal Air Force as an Apprentice Electronic Artificer at the age of sixteen. During his fifteen years in the Royal Air Force his tour took him to many countries around the world including Germany, Malta, Cyprus, The Middle East and The United States.

Following his career in the Royal Air Force, Malcolm held several key management positions with major European engineering companies. Eventually Malcolm would end up owning and operating his own Construction business in South Wales for over fourteen years.

In 2002, Malcolm and his wife Janet moved to Marbella, Spain and became involved in the Real Estate Business. As a natural vacation destination for many British natives, he helped numerous friends buy or sell property in Marbella and soon became a well established Real Estate Professional.

Upon visiting Sarasota for holiday in January 2004, Malcolm and his wife realized they had found their dream lifestyle. Within six months they were established in Sarasota and building a new home in Silver Oak.

Malcom has two grown children who remain in Great Britain, one in South Wales and one in Southern England. He spends the majority of his leisure time either playing Golf at TPC Prestancia or walking with his wife Janet on the wonderful beaches truly enjoying all the Sarasota lifestyle has to offer.

Having extensive connections and a wealth of experience in Great Britain and Southern Spain, Malcolm brings unique International perspective to the local market.
