Tina Biter

Tina Biter joined Signature Sotheby’s with over 25 years of experience in marketing premier residential properties in California, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Tina is a licensed Florida Realtor and she and her husband Richard are now permanent residents of Sarasota. One of their sons also resides in Sarasota with his two daughters and their other son is a graduate from the United States Naval Academy.

Tina’s expertise is in waterfront properties/communities and in re-sales of single-family homes and condos. Tina established a proven track record of sales transactions required to earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Real Estate Specialist (GRI) designations which is recognized as the industry symbol of professional excellence in residential real estate. She attributes her success to her personal values, persistence, honesty and an unwavering loyalty to all of her clients. In her spare time, Tina enjoys golf, biking, boating and horses.
