Melissa Caldwell

Originally from West Palm Beach, Melissa is a third generation Floridian. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton with a degree in marketing, she moved to the west coast after marrying Kelly Caldwell, a Venice native. When asked why she thinks so highly of Venice, Melissa stated, "Venice is perfect for all ages. Whether it's retirement or a young professional with hopes to raise a family in a safe, friendly and fun community, Venice offers everything. It's where I choose to keep our family roots."

Becoming involved in the Venice community is important to Melissa. "It is important to give back. I consider living in this community a privilege and have made a commitment to help it prosper. As a sales associate at Signature Sotheby's International Realty, Melissa enjoys sharing everything she has come to love about Venice. Melissa is known for great communication and keeping her customers informed both before and after the sale.
