Richard Bradway

Richard Bradway and Bonnie Price, two leaders in area real estate, have a combined experience of over 40 years.

Richard Bradway was co-owner of Bradway, Moore & Associates, a real estate firm synonymous with south Sarasota County real estate for 25 years. The company was sold and, after working with a national company for eight years, Richard again opened his own firm in 2004. Instantly successful, but lacking global reach, Richard Bradway & Associates merged with Signature Sotheby’s International Realty in 2009. Richard returned to sales, teaming with Bonnie Price, the company’s leading agent.

Bonnie Price was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin and moved to the Sarasota area in 1992, then to the Venice and Englewood area in 2000. Bonnie’s years as a resident of Prestancia and Laurel Oak has afforded her the knowledge and experience needed to be a unique market specialist, spanning Manatee, Sarasota and Charlotte counties.

Both Richard and Bonnie have enjoyed years of waterfront and golf course lifestyles with their respective families, resulting in a diversified expertise of luxury properties. Richard Bradway’s additional experience in commercial real estate rounds out the partnership’s in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market while providing the service and distinction that accompanies the Sotheby’s name.
