She's a people person. He's a detail and numbers man. Carolyn and Gary represent a unique combination of real estate prowess with their diverse backgrounds. Developers as well as Realtors, Carolyn and Gary have the knowledge and expertise to help clients evaluate the many decisions involved in building, buying or selling a home. A former legal administrator and marketing executive who moved to Sarasota from New York City in 1993, Carolyn brings valuable experience in all facets of a real estate transaction, including contracts, disclosures, inspections and negotiations. Gary, a fourth generation Floridian and long-time spec home builder who lived in the D.C. area for many years, offers over twenty-five years of building industry experience to assist their customers in the buying, selling or building process.

While diverse in background, their passions are shared. Carolyn and Gary are avid golfers, boaters, cyclists, environmentalists and Sarasota community enthusiasts. They are actively involved with: the Downtown Partnership; Resurrection House, a day center for the homeless population of Sarasota; United Way Women's Initiative; Suncoast Partnership to End Homelessness; the East West College of Natural Medicine; and, the Sarasota Arts Council. They also share a deep appreciation for Florida and Sarasota's older, original neighborhoods, many of which surround downtown, the vibrant core of this city! Whether developing urban infill properties which complement the existing fabric of the community or listing and selling properties in those areas, Carolyn and Gary truly grasp the immeasurable worth of what went in to the original design, and seek to maintain the integrity of the neighborhoods. Their shared enthusiasm translates into a well informed, well experienced real estate team.
