Monica was raised in Europe and studied in Germany and Switzerland in Banking and Hospitality Management. Here she learned to speak fluent French, German, Swiss German, Italian, and basic Spanish. Monica’s real estate career began with her mentor, Charlotte Hedge and she became a licensed Realtor in 1999. Her knowledge of the International languages and customs equips her with an understanding of the needs and desires of European and South American clients who continually fall in love with Sarasota. Monica ensures the Team’s clients receive the care that the Hedge Team is noted for. She is currently working toward her Certified International Property Specialist designation, and recently completed the requirements to earn her Transnational Relocation Certification. Monica is a licensed Broker Associate.

Monica is also very actively involved in the community with Junior League, Child Protection Center, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County.
